Deposition and trial testimony
Charles J. Harvey, DO, testifies in deposition and at trial on the opinions he states in his written reports. Attorneys retain him for plaintiff or defense in orthopedic and spine matters, after a record review, an examination or a standard-of-care review.
Testimony follows a written report. Scheduling and arrangements are set at engagement, once the conflict check is clear and the engagement letter is signed.
